    Well last training session before my comp on Sunday so 140kg deadlift 3x3 and 70kg bench press 3x3 and done, its funny how you forget what the nerves can do to you before a competition. especially when you want to do well, just need to relearn how to channel it so that I can do well.

    Are you using a "dip" in the legs on the Log?? if you drive with the legs it "helps" to remove shoulders out of the press, I always likened it to trying to "throw" the log through the roof. As for the yoke make sure that you tighten the core up before you pick it up, I liken that to "bracing"...
