    Deadlifts last night 175kg 5x2 and the beginning was ok but, the last set it was glued to the ground!! It was a battle but I managed to finish it, so I'm glad it went in the end. 180kg next week, as the old saying goes "Train hard, compete easy" next week is going to be even harder! looking...

    Morning all a belated training update, apologies, squats on Saturday morning under competition rules, so 135kg x2 and I achieved comp depth and am happy with it. only two training weeks to make sure that everything is ready. Take care everyone.

    Bench press last night, working sets of 110kg 5x3 then a top single of 150kg, just to see if I could! and I did! felt ok but as in my competition there's no need to go as heavy I just wanted to test where I'm at. Then bicep curls and then home. Take care everyone.

    Deadlifts last night and I was working on my opening lift so 180kg 5x2 (it was supposed to be 175kg but I can't count) and I ended up doing six sets! felt ok better than the last few weeks any way. Take care everyone.

    Well it was squats last night, and I worked upto my opening lift of 125kg, and I worked at it until I hit competition depth and I will keep working at it so on the comp day its there. Pleased with myself as its only the third time in the 120kg club for a long time. Take care everyone.

    Morning all a very surprising 13.2 so I am officially on the unpredictability train!! unless I am starting with a cold, I get one at this time every year, which will explain the high readings. So it's now time to play catch up! On a good note though no hypo last night!! Take care everyone.

    Bench press last night 120kg 5x2 and it felt ok, and after Monday nights horrible deadlifts I'm happy that at least one of my lifts is progressing. just means I will have to work harder is all. Take care everyone.

    well it was deadlift last night and another horrible one 180kg 4x3 and something is going wrong with my technique, the weight is moving really, really slowly and feels like 300kg!!! I don't know what is wrong but I completed it but only just. My coach said we all have horrible days, here's...

    squats yesterday, 130kg 5x3, easier getting under the bar but not hitting competition depth so I need to work on it, and as its only four training weeks until my comp, I had better really put the work in. Take care everyone.
