    Regular moderate exercise log

Bench press last night and was astonished at how easy it felt, 95kg 5x5, then my coach tweaked a couple of things I had gotten complacent at and my word!! I did three singles and the 95kg felt like fresh air!! Hopefully I can keep the momentum going for the rest of the week. Take care everyone.

    Medtronic 640g

I have had the 640g for just over three years and I find it to be good pump, very easy to use and set up, and to be honest I haven't really read up on the 670g but I would recommend the 640g to anyone. I would resist it if they tried to place me back on to MDI. Happy to answer any questions if I...

    Regular moderate exercise log

I just have to finish something when it starts, especially in training, my wife thinks I'm single minded around my training, as in if I say I'm going to do something then it has to be done!! wish I could be like that in other things!!

Hi @IronLioness I have been diabetic for 23yrs and weight trained in one form or another, from bodybuilding to strongman and finally going into Powerlifting. All these with the knowledge and backing of my consultants as in their words " it's one of the best forms of exercise" so I'm not going to...

I normally leave it on, but for some reason I stopped it. Can only put it down to being a bit daft after all of the rummaging in my eye last week

What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all, a shocking 17.2!! In part my fault as I had a shower and stopped my pump and obviously forgot to start it again. Time to play catch the numbers today Take care everyone

    Going back into Powerlifting (again!!!)

I wear knee sleeves and will transition to knee wraps when I start back after my eye surgery, as knee wraps can destabilise the knee if used incorrectly, so sleeves to help build the muscles around it. The knee will never be right, until I get a replacement, but in my head I'm too young for that

Morning all I had my eye surgery on Friday morning and my BS was 4.1! The surgery was meant to last 20 minutes, mine had to last 45 minutes, lot's of injections and more rummaging than planned it all went well. So the healing begins, best of all though my readings are all in single figures. 6.1...
