Bench session last night, I was supposed to take four weeks to work upto 110kg 6x4 (which is quite hard) I only went and did it last night!! Smashed it!! My coach was a bit surprised that I did it in only one session. So I have a new programme for the next four weeks which takes me up to my eye...

Deadlift last night 140kg 9x4 as was trying out another tweak to the technique, and I must admit that 140kg never felt as easy as last night, time to consolidate this new technique now. Mind you I was a little tired after it as that was a lot of sets last night. Take care everyone.

Tried to train shoulders this morning, side lat raises 25kg 10x10, push press 120kg 5x3, face pulls 100kg 5x10, rear delts 40kg 5x8 and finished with close grip push downs 18plates on the machine (nearly died it was so heavy) and then relax.

It did!! I was fully expecting the old "you've reduced it BUT you still need to blah blah" speech, not a well done!! Fairly put me off!!

Morning all a very nice 5.2 which is nice. and very, very, very surprised that my annual telling off turned into a "well done" I was so shocked I couldn't speak!! My hb1ac has gone down from 79 to 63. And to have your Consultant actually tell you well done is unheard of. So disappointingly I...

What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning all a 8.7 this morning which considering the hypo I had at 2am I will take it all day long, and as an added bonus I have what feels like cotton wool stuffed in my head before my annual telling off!! the hypo was my own fault as I had forgot to have any supper or my temp basal after...

Bench press last night, so 110kg 5x2 felt relatively easy was quite surprised if I am honest, that's all I did as my bulldog is starting to feel the heat now so I went home to make sure she was OK (which she was:)) Take care everyone.

hope it all goes well for you, but alas for me I am fully expecting the doom and gloom speech " are you aware of what is going to happen to you??????" errm yes! I have "only" had 23 of these reviews before, but do go on, with my interested face on!:bored:. Let us see what they come up with tomorrow.
