Happy birthday to me. Time flies…. 6.6….i think….i honestly don’t remember as it’s supper time now. lovely day, went for a beautiful walk and just got spoiled…..but not with food. Only carbs were is the carnivore (ish) lasagne and that was only a bit of tomato sauce.
