Back on it peeps. A week of all inclusive birthday celebrations and therefore a lot more carbs ( read bread and my fave.... gaspacho) than usual so more insulin too. Put on 8 lb 4.6 this morning. 42 g carbs yesterday so I’m all inspired this week
