4.6 this morning. Turns out that if you put your book down before midnight m, you fall asleep and wake up not sleepy and with decent blood readings ..... who knew ?

5.7 this morning I think I’m back to normal.. hba1c on 24 Oct. along with a zillion other tests. I’m ever hopeful !

Back to normalish this morning 6.1 after a week of mainly 7 and 8. You think you understand the ratios, the changing seasons and then you realise .... no you don’t !

In avoiding the scales though

In a bit mixed up at present I’ve been eating more carbs than usual but still lower than what is the expected norm. My fbg this morning was 4.6

Toothie problems are my second least fave.. out of all my ailments, I think I’ve handled the big ones well. Tonsillitis and tooth ache are my top two worsed least fave ones. Luckily after a particularly nasty throat thing which went on for 6 weeks I only ever get throat things before a cold now...

6.2 this morning. I get strangely deflated when it’s not below 6 but following yesterday’s 4.1 who knows...
