I’m a maths teacher I’m looking for cyclical trends and general trends I keep my readings on an excel sheet with notes about temperature food stuffs, my other ailments.. we maths geeks love this stuff with analysis and graphs :)

4.3 at bedtime 5.7 this morning.. I’m looking at correlation and there isn’t any..

So 24 hours later I’m back up to 6.9. One day, I’ll understand , one day

Good Morrow sleep avoiders all.. a rather surprising 5.5 for me this morning. A nice surprise although I do tend to stick at it. It was a nice surprise back to where I prefer it to be.

Does that mean I’m trendy ?

Wow that’s fabulous. I started at 18 st 7 I’m now 16 st 2.6 and yes the .6 counts it’s a .2 loss !

Good morning.. I’ve missed for a week, no reason just out of my routine. Bloods have been above 6 and even into the 8 maybe that’s why. Anyway I changed my ratios yesterday to 1 unit per 5 g of carb and had extra in my evening dose. This morning 5.1 before tea, 4.7 after tea, 4.7 after shower...

Can’t remember posting yesterday . So yesterday was 4.7 thus morning with. Headache is 4.1 a bit low thus morning but what do I want it to be ?
