So having adopted this lchf thing, I’ve had 2 hypos in 2 day now. Ah well onwards I shall go

Interesting day for me mis calculated and took too much insulin I had my first hypo for ages forgot how icky they can be.

9.9 last night after lots of fruit it was so nice ! -5.9 this morning

Bumped into an old friend today we obviously talked insulin as he has not always been the best example low bg. I was moaning because after a football induced beer last week my bg was 9.7, 4 up on my normal. He is happy when his are below 17. Pits my 9.7 into context

I don’t drink, I do like both savoury and sweet but I’ve found lots of low carb treats on Pinterest.

I’m disabled, I can’t use the left side of my body following 2 strokes when o was 23. I’m a firm kindle fan but I volunteer in my local hospice care shop and 75 p per book I’m converted back to the wonderful smell and feel of books . It’s difficult to hold them but at 75 p im ok ! I do reading...
