How did you get on this week? After a long time not losing much for ages, I have lost 3lbs this week, which is rather odd and probably means I will have to wait another several months before losing again, but I will take it! When you are in a weight loss stall, nothing for it but to continue...

Ooh, great results already. Keep us posted on how you get on. GLP-1s are proving very helpful for both diabetes and weight management. If I hadn't been lucky enough to be able to lose the weight without such means, I certainly would have tried one of the options available now.

At last - the scales are moving - I managed to lose 1.5lbs this week. Exercise outside has been a bit of a challenge due to so much snow on the footpaths, but I have done my best. How has this week gone for you?

T2, Blood Sugar & Motion Sickness

Interesting question! I do know that if I have an empty stomach, motion sickness is worse for me. I would see your doctor if it continues, though - or gets worse - as it may indicate some other issue.

Hi @Rab51 that sounds very tough, steroids can mess up your blood sugars and your weight, they have caused me issues in the past when I have taken them for my asthma. I hope you are doing well all things considered. Thanks @IanBish yes, that is great advice, my body has certainly become very...

Yay, that is great, well done @filly - every ounce helps! How interesting to meet with a nutritionist, @Prancy and sometimes it does do the body good to have more calories and yes, I agree about upping your protein now that you are weight training. I stayed the same this week, it is really...

I lost 1lb this week, which finally takes me to my first goal. Today is my 18month anniversary of starting the diet. I still have weight to lose, so now I am going to focus on that and I am happy to lose slowly now. Keep going everyone - it is worth it!

That sounds fabulous, a great form of exercise and it clearly is doing you a lot of good. A Munro is a Scottish mountain over 3,000 feet. I live far away now, but I hope to get some holiday time up there next year.
