That is excellent, Filly, I am glad it is down, it is about time your body started behaving itself!

Motivation is everything, I think. Not gaining while you aren't watching the scales is quite an achievement - I certainly can't do it and I am sure most of us can't, so you have done very well. Good luck with breaking through that 70kg barrier!

Oh no, Filly, that is so frustrating for you, hopefully it is just a blip, your body seems to really want to hang on to the weight!

I lost a quarter of a pound this week, which I am quite relieved about because I have been struggling not to overeat. The hunger at this point of my weight loss journey is getting harder and harder to cope with and I am unwilling to reduce my calorie intake. I have several options to change...

Hi everyone - how have you all done this week? I managed to lose 1lb despite still being under the weather with this virus, which I am probably using as an excuse to comfort eat a bit. On top of that, I am extra busy at work, so less time for my fitness activities. Still, a loss is great at...

Hi everyone - I am baaaaack from my holiday away. Now, I have had a rough few weeks with some minor surgery 4 days before I left for my holiday, which was painful and slow to heal. It bothered me a bit while I was away, but I still had a great time. My only concern was that it was hard to eat...

Well done everyone again and commiserations if you are struggling. I am still away and I am dreading the scales when I get back, it has been hard to keep on track while everyone else is indulging! See you all next week, have a good one.

Yes, maintain a bit before you do any cosmetic work. I have lost a substantial amount of weight in the past and it is interesting how during the maintenance stage, things do shift naturally. I noticed that with wrinkly skin, especially. It settles and even goes away after a few months. Mind...

Wow - well done, that is a lot of weight off. I did a similar thing with the walking and the diet, too. I can now do a lot more and I run as well as go to the gym. The daily walks, though, really make a huge difference.

That's OK, Prancy, it means I have lost 128.5 out of the 133lbs that I need to lose to get to a healthy BMI. I am avoiding putting my actual weight on here, probably for vanity reasons and because I was very ashamed of how high I had let my weight get, prior to this weight loss.
