Since am doing low carb, I have just started eating high fat items like cheese. Doesn't cheese increase ldl?
I have a family history of heart disease.
Cardiologist told me to avoid it..or go for low fat milk cheese...
How can I reduce my insulin resistance? I eat low carbs(80g), do time restricted eating, walk after meals, walk daily and do some full body workouts also.
I have PCOS also.
Am pre-diabetic too. Doing low carbs. Can't eat too much fat due to gall stones (2013)and high ldl.
