    5.2 mmol / L this morning. 5.4 mmol / L at bed time. Very happy with that as lye in past my dawn phenomenon (which I expected to elevate my reading) today.

    In essence - a false hypo is hypo symptoms at a level above 4.0 mmol / L. Often experienced when someone starts being consistently lower - blood glucose wise- than their body is used to. It disappears after a period of stability.
