Breakfast: usual low carb porridge, 104g greek yoghurt
Lunch: 150g lettuce, 100g ham, 29g cheese, mustard, hot sauce. Nice herbal tea, peppermint, ginger and lemon go together well.
Dinner: 200g chicken breast, 270g cauliflower, 170g green beans, salt, pepper, cayenne.
