    My consultant told me this was coming last August (OCDEM - oxford) and suggested I should look forward to it as I have every hallmark of needing it. I find insulin's lose their potency after being on them a couple of years but previously no one believed me

    Thanks! I'm terrible at counting non root veg carbs so generally I don't bother. They don't hugely affect my bg so I'm afraid I follow the DAFNE rule and count them as free.

    or its a way to get scrips on time and when you need them? a lot of people don't work 9-5 or close to home now, for example I work 8-5 with an hour each way travel. I cant get to the chemist before it shuts. I'm going to go and look at the scheme
