    Back to basics

Hi after 4 years of controlling my diabetes with low carb diet and activity my BS has decided to rise . I have been a bit more relaxed recently but now in the zone to sort it. I've developed a plan for myself and I'm sharing it incase someone else might find it useful.

How long before I can forget about Diabetes?

Thanks everyone , I don't seem to have the same spikes as I used to but them if I go way over the carbs I move more . To be honest I don't want to say I'm non diabetic ( sorry for repeating Pipp lol ) , I know me and I think if I was classed as non diabetic then I'd go back to really bad habits...

This 8 week 800 calorie a day thing

Hi everyone , just seen this has been resurrected. I did the 800 thing for about 4 weeks . I lost about 7lb . The main reason for doing it was to stop my weight going up when I hurt my knee and couldn't exercise . For me it was a success for the 4 weeks. I have put the 7lb back on over the year...
