Only been diagnosed with type 2 Nov/Dec last year Metformin 500 mg x3 per day Simvastatin 20 mg X1 per day Gliclazide 80 mg X1 per day Having a tough time at the moment until I get it under control Can someone please explain this to me

I have an appointment at the eye clinic as well how do I find out what low carbs I should eat.

Just come off night shift and tested my blood, it's sitting at 8.9 is this good or bad?
