Was reading this page on HbA1c and had a bit of a question... If i took my blood glucose levels for 3 month straight and averaged it, could i technically work back my HBA1c? Also, if this was possible, and I was able to average it, would it be an average of all my readings of each day, from...

OK - here's a question for everyone - what do you want for Christmas? I'd like the Family Guy boxset - just recently got into it and I loveeeee it! Also seen a few American Dad programs but don't really get it! :shock:

Has anyone seen this - it's about how a raw vegan diet to reverse diabetes It's called Simply Raw: Reversing Diabetes In 30 Days and I've read a few places that a vegan diet/raw vegan diet can be used to reverse type 1 but don't know where that research comes from! mS90UiKCTKY

Has anyone here tried Graze - http://graze.com/? It's basically a combo of snacks that you can choose and get delivered to your house. Thought it might be good for snacking on in the day so I joined up... but having trouble to find anything delicious that I like without the high carbs... does...
