4.7 at 7am happy with that :) Picked up my latest prescription and it contains all the usual meds........in spite of being asked to go on a cheaper ( to save NHS money) drug......... EDIT: just putting the meds away and i've been given two boxes of totally incorrect meds. Phoned the pharmacy...

Thank you. Yes, I always do it before breakfast, usually as soon as I wake up............I just wasn't sure if getting up for the loo counts as 'waking up' :)

5.0 at 7 am. Is there a 'best ' time to do this? I woke at 4 am for the loo, but went back to bed......should I have tested at 4??

4.4 yesterday and 4.4 again this morning. I had planned to sit out in my garden and sew poppies for a local charity, but it is raining heavily, so that plan is out of the window. Indoor sewing it is then :)

A scary 3.4 this morning. I'm going to contact nurse at doctor's surgery on Tuesday and ask if I'm maybe wise to reduce some of my meds? I ate well yesterday, so it's not that.....all I can think of is the meds
