    Hi Kaz it is expensive I can't deny that but we have stopped takeaways completely so that saves 25.00 a week if not more and I know I am putting cancer busting heart strengthening meals into my family as we are all eating much more veg.     Vinegar helps to slow down the release of sugar into the blood so does lemon Juice so I now sprinkle that over my salad with olive oil before eating

    Meant to say my doc recommended a book escape the diet trap so have ordered it will let you know what it is like. Have just been out for tea has monkfish tails in garlic butter and a salad. Blood sugar 6.3 after two hours and I am full and happy :))))) xx

    Yes Brun probably i had grabbed a small piece of cheese and went off thinking that would keep me going. I've been ok since. My doc didn't seem worried when I saw her earlier. And she is happy to consider RH as a diagnosis which is great and to refer me to my preferred specialist xx

    Good stuff! I am hoping my guys will agreed the same eventually! I've had a teaspoon of coconut oil and a small glass of Koko and I am feeling better thanks. Fingers crossed for a decent night :)

    Thanks Brun I'll try some coconut oil as I keep it in! I refused the statins Nosher! Not for me especially if it turns out I never actually needed them! Emma [emoji3]
