I want to try low carbs for like a week and just see how I feel you know as I’m used to having high levels when I’m at 7 I feel low is there any foods you would recommend
I would eat anything it’s just the carb counting I’ve checked online at good food such as fish and eggs but I alleays end up with pain down my legs and have been told that’s a sign of to much sugar
Anyone find carb counting hard ?? Just wanting to ask is there someone we’re to buy low carb meals but don’t want to loose weight my diabetes is not controlled I’m unstable
18 months and I’m under hospital and all the and don’t know how to carb count it’s something that should have showed me when I was younger now I have no feeling in my feet

By wrong foods I mean I have never been told what to eat I know ovi not to eat sweets and that kinda stuff but also don’t know how to carb down I’m a unstable diabetic so my sugars are alleays in double figures
I just need to know what’s good to eat been trying to see a specialist for about 7 months now and can’t get referred so I have no diet plan and eating all the wrong stuff
