I was diagnosed at 24 year's and 10 month's [emoji3] but I physically don't feel good at all.

But now I'm asking specifically about METAL bands I want to broaden my METAL music

My taste is from soft rock simple plan to HEAVY METAL heavy like slipknot heavy but I only developed a taste for such heavy music much later on....I use to listen to blink everyday and the darkness. My PC has many different rock bands not sure how many though....I also like limp bizkit

Yes you are correct, Most of my music on my PC is rock. with some of it being METAL. so I want to get more good METAL

I know this band but didn't go through all there songs but I will check them out. I listen to the song 'river below' alot.

The tune and beat are most important, the singing is also of importance....yet most HEAVY METAL it's hard to make out what they are singing.
