You and me both I'm in the same situation I just can't stop eating chocolate. Every day I say today I'm not eating anything sweet but I always put it off until tomorrow..Anyone got any good ideas? My sugar levels are good but don't know how. But I'm pre diabetic still have to stick to low carb.

It was a HBa1C test. As a matter of fact I haven't been good at all with my low carb diet. The only thing I do now is cut out eating first thing in the morning I find that helps my blood sugar a lot. I know a lot of people would say that is not a good thing to do but it suits me.

Well BG has been between 7.5 and 9 two hours after eating. How many carbs do you eat a day? I try to keep to 55-60 I can't go any lower.

I'm pre-diabetic i was told eight years ago that I was border line. But I have notice my BG creeping up so cutting my carbs lower. But I'm soooooo tired all the time its an effort to do anything. Has anyone else had this problem?
