    I would love to have some ready-made meals, I get so tired of cooking for myself. I'm cautious though of the processed foods. Do the frozen ones you find have a good low carb number? They must as I think your numbers look good in your signature ;) I'm in US so I don't know of a Lidl Market...

    I don't know, for me, if I would try the 24 hr fasts Dr. Fung suggests, but I hand it to anyone that can do that. I just feel my body needs that time between meals such as Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. I don't eat after 6 because I like to got to bed, lie down at night to read, at least 3 hours...
