    Finding sticking to lchf hard

I said the same. If you really hate my diet so much, I'll shop and cook for myself. Then you can shop and cook your own unhealthy meals keep gaining weight and pay for another liposuction when the fat returns. At first I was told I would never get below 150 kg. Then it was 130 kg. Now that I'm...

    Finding sticking to lchf hard

    Gullon sugar free biscuits

Sugar Free isn't carb free. Over the hollidays friendly familymembers had stocked with sugar free cookies and candy. The level of carb is enormous, so I ate less but homemade regular cookies and of course sweet with sugar, and they learned how we're cheated with the "Sugar Free" label. I'd...

Do I have to stop drinking soda drinks completely?

It has to do with kind of sweetener used. Some of the mere cheaper ones uses a sweetener, that actually is transformed into sugar in our bodies. I can't link the article here, as it's in Danish only, but it describes how some Diet sodas are really bad for fx type 1 and 2 diabetes.

Hello everyone I'm newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in October 2018. As I read through the forum(s), I can see, that treatment of UK DT2 is very different from Denmark. Personally I was told by my own doctor: You've got diabetes 2 and will need medication. Your Hba1c is 50 and your...
