    feet check

I live in Scotland, have type 2, and get a six monthly check at hospital. While there, my eyes are checked out too. Should my feet be checked as well? No one has looked at them in 10 years of attendance. Can someone tell me what, if anything, I am entitled to? Thanks.

Nothing too bad, just a bit "off". I have even started new insulin pens but readings still high. Could a mild...

I must say I enjoyed every mouthful, it must be at least 10 years since the last one. However, that meany I really could not eat again at the evening and forced an egg on...

    Quick fix

Despite all my best efforts I often register readings in the high teens. Whats the best way to lower them? Run round the block a couple of times or take a dose of insulin?

    What did he say?

So grateful, that sounds about right. Many thanks for taking the time to answer. I feel a bit more calm now!

    What did he say?

No, thats not it, thanks anyway. It involved adding my carbs, dividing by 10 to ascertain how much insulin to inject. I think he was telling me how much insulin to take if I recorded a high reading on my meter. For example, if my carb intake was 60, I would need 6 of insulin. But if my blood...
