    Catherine/Pavlos, I have not been taking fasting Blood/ Sugar untill today, but out of interest I tok it this morning got a result of 7.0. Then had my wholemeal toasted bread with Marmite, retoook test 2 hours later to find it was 11.7 Only a one off but it could be the Breakfast thats bumping...
