I worked in Victory House a few years ago so I was close to M&S back door then! Noa are...not as good as they like to think they are IMHO. Never found their bread very tasty at all so haven't looked for a while TBH. They're in the old market hall in Douglas now (used to be Harry's Café)...

I got my 6 week A1c result today, didn't expect much TBH but was hoping for a sign of reduction. I got it - 41! Down from 51 in 6 weeks, now I have to keep up the good works. No bread in the store again today :-(

Well I got the result from my A1c today, 6 weeks since diagnosis at 51. I was 41...so low carb-ish works for me. Just keep off the potatoes Neil! Really pleased with that result it is the same as my last routine test in 2015. Woooo! :happy: I have to keep the good work up now :rolleyes:
