    Bulkbiker, I find that bread, bananas and potatoes are doing the most damage after three weeks close monitoring. I don't need to bring things down a lot as HBA1C was 6.8%, my BG through the day is often around 5. The odd thing is waking levels, always higher than the lunchtime and evening...
