    Or use an app to log and track your results and see graphs. i m sure there lots of app choice. I use BLOOD GLUCOSE TRACKER, for my android phone, which can filter results in diff ways.

    i m amazed at the low readings! I m around 8.5mmol every morning regardless of low carbs or not, for past 6 months when i was diagonsed T2. Should i be considering medication?

    Terrified by needdles too by i was helped by 2 tips: (to increase circulation) before testing : wash hands with hot water Or Rub hands rigorously. I still hate prickling my fingers but it hurts less. Hope it helps.
