To be fair most of my pals are more likely to kick me up the backside if they see me 'falling off the wagon'.......usually smoking too much or one beer too many as well as food and although it's annoying at the time I always thank them afterwards. Those are your real friends.

Could it be than when testing the side with which you normally perform tasks that you are using your less coordinated hand to perform the test and therefore maybe the whole test takes longer and with different evaporation rates in the various compounds in that little blob of red stuff that there...

And today's lunch of ackee, saltfish ,callaloo, with roast carrots and plantain was at least as good as when I had the same on a Virgin Airlines flight to Montego Bay........not too sure about carbs in plantain though......similar to banana probably?

Thanks mate......might be an idea Bit bright and some stock issues at largest sizes but food for thought certainly

6.5 this morning.......much more like it and makes up for NOT succumbing to the ice cream last night

But I feel that a bit of swimming may be just the thing for me. However I am slightly paranoid about being accepted to join a pool when they know about my amputated big toe........don't want to become the local freak? Anybody got any experience or advice as to how to circumvent this?
