    But I didn't get the hypo. Just the hyper. I've just checked it again and it's 9.9. It was 6.6 when i last checked, after it all calmed down. That was about an hour/hour and half ago.

    Right, but its only been today and yesterday that i've stopped eating carbs, and even then not that much to be in ketosis. I nibbled on a sandwich and a sausage roll for one thing (i was in town and brought something just in case, and because it was lunch time)

    I washed my hands before i tested, and I only did so because i started to feel very hot and sweaty. I felt quite full after eating, just beforehand. Unfortuantely the only carbs I have in the house is ryvita/crispbread.
