I'm hoping it's the LCHF eating plan so that I don't need to take tablets. I've been on the metformin for 2 weeks now and I'm not a lover of taking pills.

Thanks for that. I've been told to increase my metformin to the same as you were taking. As I don't like taking medication I'm not to happy but knowing that you have been told to reduce them once you've controlled your BG levels has made me feel a little better. Well done once again and thank you.

Good Day 6.9 this morning so going in the right direction, but they want me to increase my metformin to 2 per day!! Deciding what I should do Any thoughts.
