    You track your protein intake or just using the extra to feel fuller longer. I was a Huel BE user in my early diagnosis days, but I could never get past the taste no matter what I did was always a chore to drink it I found rather than enjoying my meal.

    Alton Towers Yday. 32473 Steps 13 Skips 1 Protein Bar 10 Grapes 400g Lamb + Salad FBG 5.8 At 0630 Proper de-hydrated though was a scorcher yesterday. 1Litre of water and rechecked at 8am when I got up up BG 5.1

    Yeah I'll take that for a 5 hour fasting window was lower than I expected. 0% Spiced Rum and Coke Zero prevented any large mistakes being made at 2am

    5.7 Sofa surfed most of the day then went watched the boxing got home about 0130 ate left over mixed grill meat and a naan. Got up 0630 for a day out at Alton Towers (been a long day )

    Dirty kebab shop special lol Fortunate I can put the time in, and I am fully aware that high level of exercise and muscle mass is something I will need to keep up for as long as I can to keep those levels held down.
