well i my DN gave me BG Star, Sanofi, very easy to use and do not need much blood to get good reading, it seems accurate enough

i got my within a week, My DN applied for me , i just signed the form and she sent it of more, but it did not take long

There are plenty of recipes on this site or on the internet. I have found many recipes that will help me once i get of the Newcastle diet, so just gathering information, you not alone just ask and i am sure people will help , or point you in the right direction

Hi well there alot you have to tend with, but have you tried the Newcastle diet?? just need to cut down on the sugars and carbs. Eat plenty of vegetables , low fat yogurt mixed with andt type of berries , have alot on this site http://www.shakethatweight.co.uk/ maybe able to help
