    That must be frustrating, and reading what trulicity does I would be inclined to agree with you. Are you counting all the carbs you eat including non carby veg? And are you eating lots of protein, excess isn't good for your levels?

    Struggling

    Livlife bread is good, 3.8 carbs per slice, small slices. If you're really hungry nuts or avocados are good for filling you up low carb. Or full fat Greek yoghurt. It is difficult but try and eat low carb when you are down it will satisfy you without making you crave more carbs.

    Two cups of proper coffee mid to late morning, thats enough for me.

    Weight gain help

    I lost a load of weight last year which I didn't want to and regained it by making sure I eat three meals a day plus snacks mid morning, afternoon and in the evening after dinner. I made myself eat even if not hungry and I put the weight back on. They weren't big snacks just consistent.

    @SaskiaKC I use roasted courgettes as a side, slice them, toss in lots of olive oil, roast for 20 mins at 190 (fan oven) add a load of roughly chopped garlic, roast for another 20 mins. It's really tasty side.
