    Hi Mick I just joined yesterday and although it has been years that I have been diagnosed, I finally realised I cannot run away or deny the fact that I am T2 diabetic... I am sure that here we will find all the support we need!!! Its a long road but we can do it :)

    What Have You Given Up For Lent?

    As a Catholic I try my best to observe Lent. I think the one thing I am giving up is excess....ok maybe it is a bit of an excuse to get back on track, but hey if it works. So out with anything sugary, controlling rest of food intake and meat -free and fasting on Fridays.... Day 1 done....39...
