    I was a few months in when I thought I had a dizzy turn in the kitchen. Next day I felt the same. Changed my glasses to a previous prescription. They weren't perfect but a lot better. Don't be in a hurry to change your glasses.

    Pizza, look up fat head dough. Took me a couple of goes to get it right, We can suggest lots of alternatives, don't be afraid to ask. Lookup keto chocolate mug cake, serve with double cream. You don't need to sacrifce indulgence for luxuey.

    It will be the Yorkie. Nothhing to do with fishing, unless you find that stressful! Check the gravy. It takes a while to get it all uner your belt but it will come. If you want to nibble on the odd maggot, they are all protein, no carbs. Rather you than me thougt!

    Where do you live? Need to go back to basics here. What are you eating in a typical day? I have insulin on repeat, but for some reason, not needles. I tend to use one needle per pen unless it goes wrong and stops working.

    I used to keep a box in the fridge. It contained olives, walnuts, cheeses. After about 4 weeks I didn't need it any more.
