It doesn't hurt particularly anymore but still really swells if I'm up and about rather than sitting with it up all day. Get X-ray again next Tuesday to see if it has healed. Fingers crossed. I have started physio to help try and flatten the foot out and bend it etc but will probably be on...

Just finished reading the manual. You can't wear it if having an MRI, CT scan or x-Ray. My ankle is being re-x-rayed on Tuesday so I have to wait until then before I can start using mine!!!! Although, the manual says just take it off and put a new one on afterwards. Do they think we are all...

I think I remember reading somewhere that you read the notes with a Dr so that they can explain anything that is unclear or written in 'medicalise'. Also to help put what is written into context. Hope that helps

40 is impressive. I'm at 65 as T1 at the moment but it's slowly getting there. Was Hoping for 50 next time (tho I think the horrendous levels when I broke my ankle will have actually put it right back up to 85 again :( )
