Thanks @porl69 Luckily I have an appointment at my GP's this Friday, so will ask the question whilst I am there. It would be nice to know the exact date, I could celebrate the day with some balloons & a pat on the back for surviving 25 years :hilarious::wacky:

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed with my T1D (very nearly) 25 years ago & I've always known it was sometime in September. But I have never known the exact date. I did ask my DSN a few months ago if she could see from my records when my diagnoses date was, but she told me that her records didn't go...

My most recent was 75. I am really pleased with this as for the past 4 years I have (very slowly) come down from 100 to 83. But it has been an up & down process. So to drop from 83 to 75 was fantastic! I just hope to keep going in the same direction now. :happy:
