    Thanks @Liam1955 I was indeed little more relieved after I had seen her as it felt like good news and a little less to worry about. I still have a lot to do but ultimately losing the weight will help in all areas both Liver and T2 so I will just keep chipping away at this larger than average...

    @AloeSvea [emoji16] at this time I am still holding a fair amount or legacy carbs. If i look closely I can see years of pizza and beer clinging to my middle from my teens!!! That said I have started to shed this and the look is improving, as is the whole wellbeing thing.

    A new breakfast for me B - Greek yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and Brazil nuts ( 1hr reading was 6.1 so looks ok to me) L - low GI roll, chicken, avocado, coleslaw D - boil In a bag cod and parsley sauce, broccoli, cauliflower , green beans and cheese

    Just had a proper blow out D= low gi roll (85gram), 2xburger, 2x lamb kebab 2x pork belly strips, 2x Edam cheese slice plus salad and fried mushrooms Meat was from the BBQ range in Tesco 2x Rioja (500ml) All in around 2000 calories Great end to great day on holiday Pre dinner 4.9 1hr 5.5

    B- 2x boiled egg and chicken breast L - sat on Bournemouth beach having picnic . For me a 5 bean salad with chicken, onion, tomatoes, cucumber,walnuts, almonds and jalapeño D- BBQ so burgers and sausages and and salad ( maybe a low gi roll)
