    i never mentioned very high you need enough to prevent your body eating its own muscle. ive built muscle whilst on this diet. ive worked in a heavy manual job in the past whilst on it. and believe me i was stronger at the end than before.

    your bloods would be higher and not react so well your hba1c proves your not diabetic. eat normally for a week or so and then tell us your bg levels.

    will depend on your carb intake your fat and protean intakes. too much will still add weight. plus your exercising so building muscle so your fat ratio will be altering to a more lean mass. remember weight and bmi cant cope with very fit folks.
