ps Porridge experiment...pre 6.0, 2 hours post (after a bit of pottering followed by pushing dust around ending with 15-20 mins vacuuming) 6.3 . I'm happy with that but, as we all know, these things are personal and very changeable!

Morning! Well 12 days of being in the 5 hive has come to an end with a 6.0 today. I'm blaming the covid vaccine I had yesterday I decided to do a porridge experiment 30g jumbo oats 200ml milk pinch salt mixed seeds and blueberries...will report back! Best wishes @DEBBIESCOTT and good luck...

I found it really useful to see what was happening especially overnight. Can't afford to do it consistantly, but I will do it occasionally and when on holiday when routine (and diet) goes out of the window!
