    You may find your meter is a lot more accurate than the 10% required. Mine is 2%. Check with the manufacturer they should have the figures. Not sure about the Libre.

    300g of carbs would be around 1200 calories. 3 meals 3600 calories, before any protein or fats. I too disagree. Maybe you misheard him.

    You could try having a few eggs for breakfast. I boil 6 at a time and just take 2 out the fridge for a quick option or have some bacon as well when I have more time.
