    I don’t have breakfast just coffee with cream. I take Metformin and blood pressure tablets with kefir and done this for over a year without any adverse effects. You could have a chunk of cheese, slice of ham or bacon if you felt you needed to eat

    I suppose it depends if it spikes your BG, that’s the beauty of testing before and after. As it’s low carb I would say not. But for this challenge I’ve decided to do without my decaf with cream

    5.6 at 7:30! Is the challenge working! :cat: I didn’t get to sleep until 2:55 - well that’s the last time I glanced at my watch. Good luck with the chest X-ray @DEBBIESCOTT off to creative writing class this morning. Have a good Tuesday everyone x

    I’ve never had a problem with skinning sausages and do it regularly. Sharp knife slit along the length and peel casing off. It takes me about 3 minutes, if that, to do 8 sausages!

    I try and stop at 6pm but thought it might be a bit early for some who don’t get in from work until 6! My husband didn’t het home until 7pm. I started plating his up so I could eat earlier but that wasn’t a very sociable habit. Now I can eat when I like.
