    Happy Monday all Must say I was a bit damp the weekend, loads of flooding around the area but luckily nothing for me. Plus I live on top of a mountain and no chance of flooding! Bloods behaved the weekend...as well as could be expected

    Good luck.....BUT i think you are missing the point of this thread... No breakfast today as was basal testing again! Tea was 2 x fishcakes, chips and 3 self bake small crusty rolls....around about 140g The misses just baked some cookies, so demolished 3 of those....50g carbs??

    @ROE100 I hate it when I get the dreaded medication review from the Drs surgery......I go in, moan a LOT, get everything on repeat and leave. I am in with the nurse usually for around 2 mins

    AAAARGH........chippy by the garage is shut for refurbishment.....meal deal it is then..... Beef and horseradish sarnies, hula hoop crisps and Muller Frijj milkshake - 120g Tonight is 100% going to be chippy now :)

    And this is where the "type" of diabetes needs to be changed. 2 totally different diseases with the same name. As a type 1 I can happily eat that and inject for it BUT a type 2 low carber would defo struggle

    Morning all Basal adjustments worked had a steady line of 7 thru the night. Just got to sort out my teatime - bedtime out now. Basal changes every few weeks Big hugs to all those who are having troubles with their sites (((HUGS)))

    Do you make sure the insulin vial is at room temp before filling the resevoirs? If you are using them straight from the fridge you will get "champaigning" . Just a thought
