How long to wait between meals

Guys I apologise for the most basic question here. I have completed dafne and since then have been waiting 5 hours between meals as I was told novorapid is in the system for 5 hours. So... what if I want to eat my next meal say 3 or 4 hours post my last meal? I feel so stupid asking this but...

To snack or not to snack...

So I'm type 1 on novorapid and levimer. I completed DAFNE a few weeks ago. They told us if we snack to 'park it' and inject to cover it at next meal instead of injecting at the time of the snack as this can lead to 'stacking' (at least this was my take on it). I snack a lot! A lot a lot! And...

    Binge eating

@zebs I can definitely see certain foods 'trigger' my binges. The sensible thing is to not keep these in the house. I'm defo going to stop that. Thanks :)

    Binge eating

Thank you all for taking the time to comment. After posting this I plucked up the courage to contact a counsellor who deals with binge eating through CBT. I start my first session on Monday. Between that, this amazing group and my DAFNE course the following week I really hope I can get some sort...
