The Diabetic team got me to download the app while I was there and they set my blood glucose as 5 for the low reading and 13 for the high reading. There should be an alarms section in the Freestyle Libre app. It should be underneath the logbook. Maybe turn the alarms off and then back on again...

I like the positive mentality you have. I tend to worry too much and think because I have diabetes I won’t be able to be who I was before.

I have Freestyle Libre 2. I’m on insulin (Novorapid). Also have a long acting insulin. (Lantus) Would you advice going after you’ve had lunch or wait a couple of hours and then go to the spa?

Is it ok for Type 1 Diabetes to use Spas and Saunas Does the heat affect you or your blood sugar in any way?

I’ve always been quite slim as well so didn’t notice any difference but I collapsed at home and when I was in hospital I was told that my blood sugar reading was in the 40s and they didn’t know if I would survive.
