    Thank you. The things we have taught them this week, Skipping running in and all, I thought all girls did this:). Juggling at least two of them can now manage three balls for about 30 seconds. Grandparents are so good at teaching completely useless skills. :)

    Late post, two A4 Plein Air watercolour sketches of rock pools done whilst sitting on a bright but wind swept cold beach. The sea defeated our sandcastle again, why am I surprised? :) All week we have had a family poetry competition, all must write a poem on a subject of their own choice each...

    Thank you, these coloured pencil blend wonderfully, Faber Castell Polychromes. That's a lovely wind swept landscape you have painted a smashing light on the water and I can feel the wind whipping the sea and sand, brilliant.

    A couple of Beach drawings in pencil. Rushed between playing in the sea, castle building and then defending it against the incoming tide, no contest. :) A4 coloured pencil... Sorry second is a little out of focus, whoops.:)

    Good Morning and 5.6 for me today. Another sunny warm start so looks like more time in the sea, I'm getting very crinkled and squeaky clean. :angelic: Returning from the Beach after an evening of fun. A too busy beach for us so we go down late afternoon. Keep safe and be bold.

    Been doing lots of sketches in between being a Grandad. :) This is our garden tree, wind swept by the sea winds and reminded me of many Japanese paintings. A pencil sketch A4 And @jjraak and @lindisfel my first car was a 1949 Vauxhall Velox.

    Like the style and colours, a very pleasing and relaxing piece for me. Envious of the multi tasking skills of the little ones. :)
