    Seen the short film on dietdoctor website under membership and it's all about losing weight yeah there are some great recipes but I need to put weight back on so I think the low carb diet isn't for me .......I think I will go with what my district diabetes nurse said first get my levels down...

    Thx for that my levels have come down from 30 to 15 and my nurse wants to up my gliclazide to 160mg morning/evening and also up metformin next week then when I go for Mir scan next week of pancrease because they think it might be the pancreatic duct so that's why I had the c-peptide and GAD test...
